Dear Swim Team Parents,

Thank you for your participation on the 2004 Rivershyre Tigersharks Swim Team.  We have a fantastic group of kids and we are very excited about this season.

As you know, Tuesday night is meet night, so Monday night will be SPIRIT night.  We will serve spaghetti to all swimmers and their families.  Instead of charging for this event, we are asking that parents donate spaghetti and sauce.  If each family would donate one jar of sauce and one box of uncooked spaghetti, we should be covered.  Please drop these items off at practice or at the Albers’ house at 1193 Newport Trail (at the beginning of the nature trail behind the tennis courts). 

We would also love for the kids to make signs and posters during this SPIRIT night.  Again, we will be relying on parents to donate posterboard and markers.  The markers will be kept for swim team to use next year and the posters will hopefully last several swim meets.

All the coaches truly appreciate everything it takes to involve your kids in any activity.  It is much more time demanding than just dropping them off at the pool and we are thankful for the generous support we receive at every practice and event.
