Age: 15 - July 8, 1988

Occupation: High School Student

My name is Ross Anthony Jarrard and I am 15 years old.

I enjoy playing the bass-guitar, swimming, and of course hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy coaching and working with kids and I hope I can learn from this experience.

I dislike Civics class in school and when I am ignored by people I am trying to talk to or teach, but that doesn't happen often.

I have been swimming for about 3 years now, and I started with summer league coached by the one and only Coach George. I have been swimming on GAS for 2 years and I am in Gold group now.

My goals for this year are not only for me but for the kids I'll be coaching.

I hope we can all have fun and learn a bit about swimming along the way.

Tony Trakowski (9 & up)

Age: 13 - October 22, 1990

I've been swimming summer league since I was four. If it weren't for swimming I wouldn't know what to do with myself over the summer. That's why I do summer league! But I also have GAS which has improved my swimming a whole lot.

Likes- Swimming, playing my guitar, hanging out with my friends, eating, and most of all sleep!

Dislikes- School (sometimes), swim practice (sometimes when our coach is in
a bad mood), and doing nothing at all scares me, just the thought of it. So I'm very active.

Alex Trakowski - Clinics

Age: 17 - January 10, 1987

Alexander John Trakowski but most people either call me Alex, Kowski, or Big Al.

I am a single 17 year old junior in high school. I have been swimming most of my life and have swam for the tiger sharks for four years. I coached last year. I swim for Greenbrier High school and was named Most Valuable Swimmer (MVS). Above all, I swim  year round on GAS for four years and I'm in the Platinum group.

I love swimming, I love being around kids and teaching.  Even though I am a kid myself I try to behave in a respectful and dominant manner HAH! Well I hope to, I might get distracted.

Dislikes: homework, complaining, even though I do it sometimes, crying, screaming, grunting and drowning, which all happens at swim practice, except for the drowning part hopefully.

I look forward to coming back as a helper and hope to serve you all well.
