About The Committee

Introduction - Rivershyre residents are very fortunate in the design of our neighborhood.  From the cul-de-sacs to the numerous amenities, our neighborhood has been designed to invite a friendly atmosphere and to take advantage of the best that nature offers.  We have many common grounds and several bodies of water that serve to bring pleasure to all.  In order to maintain a high level of enjoyment and to keep Association costs down, we ask that all Rivershyre residents and guests follow the Guidelines for Use.  These guidelines have been established to preserve our amenities and common grounds.  It only takes a small effort and some common courtesy on the part of each resident so that all can continue to enjoy our beautiful neighborhood.

Meetings - The Grounds and Lake Committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Rivershyre Clubhouse.  Please feel free to join us.

Reporting a Burned Out Street Light

Burned out street lights can be a safety hazard.  If you notice a street light out in our neighborhood, here is what you can do.  Contact Georgia Power by calling 1-888-891-0938.  You will get an automated system that will ask you for information regarding the location of the light and the closest street address to the light.  It also helps to tie a ribbon of some sort about five feet up on the pole to help them spot it.
