Homeowner's Association Documents
There are three documents that describe how our homeowner's association and how our neighborhood operates. While you should have received copies of these documents when you bought your home, copies of all three are available here for download. Just click on the titles below to view or right click on each title and select "save" from the menu. You may also obtain a hard copy by contacting the President of the Home Owner's Association or the Chairperson of the Social and Welcome Committee.1). "The Rivershyre Community Association, Inc. By-Laws".2). "Declaration of Rights, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations and Conditions Applicable to Villages of Rivershyre" (aka the Covenants). This document states what you can or cannot do with or on your property.3). "Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions Establishing and Providing for Rivershyre Community Association, Inc." (aka the Declaration). This document informs you how our Association is run.
