For Realtors and Closing Attorneys: Our Homeowner's Association liability insurance information (for bank closing purposes) can be obtained by contacting Bill Ferguson (706-651-1797) Questions about the status of a homeowner's annual association dues may be directed toBill Ferguson (706-651-1797) Homeowner's dues are mandatory and do not include use of the pool.  The owner of record on January 1st each year is responsible for paying dues.  Bills are sent on or about February 1st.  Payment is due within 90 days.
