  • Our Homeowner's Association liability insurance information (for bank closing purposes) can be obtained by contacting T. M. Weisz, Homeowner's Association President

  • Questions about the status of a homeowner's annual association dues may be directed to Homeowner's Association Treasurer

  • Homeowner's dues are mandatory and do not include use of the pool.  The owner of record on January 1st each year is responsible for paying dues.  Bills are sent on or about February 1st.  Payment is due within 45 days.
