Rivershyre Clubhouse

Information on Rental of our Clubhouse

The Rivershyre Clubhouse is available for use by all residents that are in good standing with the Association.  It has recently undergone a major refurbishment thanks to the efforts of the Social & Welcome Committee.  The rental fee as of January 1st, 2005 is $60.00/day, plus a $150.00 security deposit.  You can find the rules, rental agreement, checklist, and reservation form by clicking on the link below.The Rivershyre Clubhouse will accommodate up to 80 people and can only be rented by a resident of Rivershyre.  There is a full kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink) available for use.  Tables and chairs, mens and womens restrooms, and a phone for local calls only are also available.
